Four Winds Retreat

LAND Acknowledgment

We acknowledge that the land on which we gather for the Four Winds Retreat is the ancestral and unceded territory of the Nez Perce (Nimiipuu), Shoshone-Bannock, Cayuse, Walla Walla, Umatilla, Schitsu’umsh (Coeur d’Alene), Ktunaxa, Newe (Western Shoshone), Numu (Northern Paiute), Chewelah, Selis (Salish), and Palus peoples. These Indigenous nations have stewarded this land for generations, maintaining deep spiritual, cultural, and ecological relationships with it.
We honor their enduring presence, resilience, and sovereignty. As we reconnect with ourselves and the natural world, we recognize the responsibility to respect and protect these lands, waters, and traditions.
We invite all participants to approach this retreat with gratitude, mindfulness, and an awareness of the histories that shape the spaces we inhabit. May this time together inspire deeper connection, reciprocity, and commitment to honoring Indigenous wisdom and land stewardship.

NOURISHMENT

Every meal at Four Winds Retreat is an invitation to slow down and savor—crafted with care, intention, and seasonal abundance. Rooted in local sourcing and wild foraging, our menu is designed to nourish both body and spirit, honoring the flavors and rhythms of spring.
Expect vibrant, nutrient-dense meals made with farm-fresh ingredients, foraged greens, and artisanal ferments. From warming broths and slow-cooked meats to delicate edible flowers and bright herbal infusions, each dish reflects a deep connection to the land.
Our offerings include thoughtfully prepared breakfasts, hearty communal dinners, and restorative snacks like adaptogenic energy bites, mineral-rich teas, and homemade elixirs. We also provide ethically sourced coffee, herbal sun teas, and nourishing add-ins like collagen, raw milk, and mushroom powders to support deep restoration.
We believe food is a ritual, a medicine, and a gathering place. Every bite is meant to ground and replenish, bringing you closer to the land and yourself.
workshops & experiences

The Four Winds Retreat is an immersive journey, weaving together movement, creativity, energy work, and nature-based practices to support deep renewal. Each workshop is designed to invite you into presence, helping you reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
Guided by skilled facilitators, you’ll engage in a range of experiences, from somatic movement and breathwork to spinal energetics and creative exploration with natural pigments. You’ll learn to work with the rhythms of the land through foraging walks, seasonal nourishment, and elemental rituals.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll create, move, and restore—whether through art, ceremony, shared meals, or time spent soaking in the stillness of the mountains. Each offering is an invitation to explore healing in a way that feels personal, intuitive, and expansive.
This retreat is a space to exhale, to listen deeply, and to remember the wisdom already within you.
