Saturday – A Day of Deep Connection

Wake up with a Sunrise Breakfast
Embark on a Morning Meditative Walk & Foraging, gathering materials for a creative session.
Experience Breathwork & Spinal Energetics, releasing tension and restoring balance.
Gather for a Seasonal Lunch & Discussion on Spring/Wood element theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Engage in an Art Block, crafting natural pigments from foraged materials.
Soothe your body in a nearby Hot Springs Adventure, taking in the healing waters.
Close the evening with a nourishing meal, Stargazing & Music by the fire.
Sunday – Reflection & Integration

Enjoy a slow Breakfast with warm drinks and nourishing foods.

Participate in a Closing Sharing Circle, reflecting on insights from the weekend.

Conclude with a Closing Ceremony, sealing in the intentions carried forward.

Saturday Day Retreat Option
A condensed version of the retreat, offering the core experiences of meditative foraging, breathwork, a nourishing seasonal lunch, and an immersive art-making session.
(Does not include breakfast or the hot springs adventure.)
